PURPOSE: To easily open a cap in one operation while keeping a sanitary condition by pressing a circular lid of a dome part to allow a claw member mounted on a lower side of the circular lid to pierce a membrane seal which is seating a container. CONSTITUTION: When in use, a dome part 51 is first deformed to detach a cap 30 from a container 32. Before the deformation, a pointed tip for piercing is located above a membrane seal 77, and an approximately rectangular hole is formed in the membrane seal 77 due to the deformation. The container 32 is prevented from unexpectedly opened in the distribution process by providing a protective rim 49. Contact of claw members 64, 65 with the membrane seal 77 due to the deformation of the dome part 51, slight raise of the membrane seal 77 due to the shock generated in the distribution process, or contact with the partially deformed dome part 51, can be prevented. When the seal 77 is torn, a person to open the container 32 can recognize the sound to be generated by the deformation of the plastic and vigorous input of air into the container 32. In addition, a hole to be formed is of about 1.5% of the surface area of the membrane seal 77. |
