PURPOSE:To eliminate troublesome works from weighing operation, by detecting a volume of oil in an oil pan from an electrostatic capacity and determining a volume of oil remainder from thus detected volume. CONSTITUTION:When liquid level of an oil 6 varies, electrostatic capacity between the both conductors of an electrode 1 changes. This variation in the electrostatic capacity is measured by a electrostatic capacity detecting device 7. And, by detecting by a detecting device 8 that the oil 6 remaining in a lubrication system has been adequately recovered by an oil pan 2, a volume of the oil is measured. Only when an output was received from a logic circuit of the detecting device 8, conversion from a detected electric capacity to an oil volume by a judging device 16 by getting an information from the electrostatic capacity detecting device 7. |
