PURPOSE:To make an image forming device having an original copying machine also function as a single printer by driving a liquid crystal shutter array with the aid of a driving means according to a print mode or an original image exposure mode. CONSTITUTION:When driving mode information is inputted by an operation part 26, a liquid crystal controller 24 which is also used as a mode switching means switches the driving mode of a liquid crystal shutter array 10 by a liquid crystal driver 25 to the print mode from the original image exposure mode based on the driving mode information which is set. Besides, based on inputted print information, the driver 25 selectively drives the array 10 while synchronizing with the moving speed of a photosensitive drum 12 and forms a digital image transmitted through the array 10 on the drum 12 through a light convergent lens 11. Then, the print thereof is executed. Thus, the copying processing and the print processing of the image of an original are executed by one image forming device. |
