PURPOSE:To block the other crossover when one crossover is used, by forming a matrix with P channel and N channel FETs, PNPN channel switches, and diode switches. CONSTITUTION:When one of crossovers of PNPN channel switches 9-12 becomes conductive, a voltage due to voltage drop is generated at both ends of a load 21. When this voltage is generated, the voltage is rectified by a diode bridge consisting of diodes 50-53 to apply voltages of directions opposite to each other to gates of a P channel FET48 and an N channel FET49. Consequently, FETs 48 and 49 are pinched off to stop the current flowed from a signal line 1 to a signal line 2. That is, when a crossover other than crossovers consisting of switches 9-12 is conductive, switches 9-12 are not ignited even if no voltage is applied across driving signal voltage applying terminals 42 and 43. |
