摘要

PURPOSE: To prevent a mold or a filler material from weathering by incorporat ing an organic carboxylic acid soluble in water and alcohol in a specified quan tity in a filler material for casting of a ceramic alloy member. CONSTITUTION: In a pattern made of a filler material of an alloy member on basis of ceramic MgO-SiO2 -P2 O5 in dentist industry and a filler mater for producing a mold, at least one kind of an organic carboxylic acid having 2-10 carbon atoms in soluble water and 1-4C alcohol is incorporated by 0.01-10 wt.% the organic carboxylic acid is advantageously an aliphatic mono or poly hydroxytricarboxylic acid having 1-4 carbon atoms.
