PURPOSE:To surely prevent overshoot by reducing the power in accordance with the temperature rise rate after turning-on of a heater to control the heater in accordance with a condition. CONSTITUTION:A timer which counts a prescribed time after turning-on of the heater, a means which detects the raised temperature of the heater at the prescribed time, a means which sets a power down temperature lower than a target temperature in accordance with the detected raised temperature, and a means which reduces the supply power to the heater at the time of arrival of the heater temperature at the power down temperature are provided. That is, the temperature (power down temperature) for which the supply power to the heater is reduced is set in accordance with the temperature rise rate (the raised temperature at the prescribed time) after turning-on of the heater. The power down temperature is lower than the target temperature, and the temperature rise rate is lower after the power is reduced at this power down temperature. Thus, trouble than the temperature excessively rises after power reduction to cause the overshoot is prevented. |
