PURPOSE:To reduce variations by providing with one linear weak coupling section extended by coupling upper and lower belt-shaped superconductor thin films crossing each other through an insulator layer. CONSTITUTION:A separate belt-shaped superconductor thin film 3 is provided on a belt-shaped superconductor thin film 2 provided on a substrate 1 so that the thin films 2 and 3 may cross each other through an insulator layer 4 and one linear barrier material film extended by coupling upper and lower superconductor thin films by crossing under the thick sides 4', 4'' of an exposed insulator layer 4 are formed and a weak coupling section 5 is formed. In this way, the electrostatic capacity of an element can be equalized and so much severity is not requested to the position accuracy of mask alignment to facilitate manufacture. |
