The invention relates to a contact lens for ophthalmic treatment. This contact lens, which comprises at least one optic lens (12) provided with a surface of incidence (22) of a light beam and a surface of emergence (24), at least a part of which is intended to come into contact directly with the sclera (1) of the eye, and through which the light beam emerges, is characterised in that the surface of emergence (24) comprises a protruding element (18) which is capable of transmitting the light beam and which is intended to compress the sclera in order to reduce its thickness.
