PURPOSE:To integrally form a film part and a frame part without welding to form a small diaphragm by irradiating the central part of a frame member with laser and effecting ablation of the frame part until the thickness of the film is reduced to a given value. CONSTITUTION:The central part of the end surface of a cylindrical body (a) (frame member) of polyamide is irradiated with laser beam A with a given diameter and control is made so that irradiation is stopped right before irrariation-through with the laser beam. Therefore, a film part (b) with a thickness of a few microns is formed and a frame part a' and the film part (b) are integrally formed. This method eliminates welding for integral formation and provides a uniform diaphragm freed from a strain. |
