MANUFACTURE OF PRODUCT FROM HARD MAGNETIC FERRITE AND DEVICE FOR CRUSHING HARD MAGNETIC FERRITE

PURPOSE: To improve magnetic parameters by magnetizing a fired initial ferrite, crushing the magnetized ferrite in the water under an AC field, forming a work piece, subjecting the work piece to firing and machining, increasing the quantity of micro pieces of powder and preventing contamination from the outside at the time of crushing. CONSTITUTION: Fired initial ferrite in the form of defective product crushed into pieces is loaded into a hopper 16 and fed into an auxiliary container 4 under gravity and a constant field formed by an additional winding 13. Ferrite is fed by carrying water into a casing 1 under AC field generated from a winding 12 through the pipe 8 of an intermediate container 5 and the circulation pump 6 of the casing 1. Magnetized initial ferrite being fed into the casing 1 is crushed through collision by the action of an AC field generated from an electric winding surrounding the casing 1. A suspension of crushed ferrite is fed into the intermediate container 5 through an outlet pipe 3. Consequently, the quantity of micro pieces of powder is increased, external contamination is prevented and magnetic parameters can be improved.
