The invention relates to an installation for operating a sliding door at least between two positions, one called the locked position and the other called the unlocked position, which allows the sliding. This installation is characterised in that, in order to constitute the operating means, it comprises: - interposed between, on the one hand, a stop called the main stop integral with the door (2) and, on the other hand, each assembly (7) for rolling bearing of the door on the rail (8), at least one main controlled means (10) for translational movement of the aforementioned stop with respect to the rolling bearing assembly (7), at least along a direction approximately perpendicular to the running surface (8a) defined by the rail (8), - interposed between each rolling bearing assembly (7) and the door (2), at least one means (11) for guiding the relative displacements of these elements (2, 7), - each associated with one of the elements (2, 5) which are constituted by the door (2) and the frame (5), on the one hand a stop and, on the other hand, a ramp which are arranged to interact so as to constitute a means for separating the door (2) from the frame (5). <IMAGE> |
