PURPOSE:To display customer guidance information by using processing waiting time for a customer currently under reception and unreceived customers by inputting transaction information such as a transaction subject or an account number, etc., at a reception counter by the customer itself. CONSTITUTION:A customer N coming to a shop after (N-1) customers designates the transaction subject by a touch panel 3-7 of a customer guiding device 1-2 installed at the entrance and inputs the account number by reading a card from a card reader 3-6. Next, a main control part 3-1 decides which transaction processing machine the customer N is guided to. In the case of the decision, it is executed while referring the status of a storage part 3-3 so that the waiting time of the customer N can be minimum. According to the result of this decision, customer data are stored to the storage part 3-3. Each time the customer is guided to the transacting device by the customer guiding device 1-2, the customer data are added to this storage part 3-3 and when the transaction is finished, the data are erased. |
