PURPOSE:To shorten the lead-in time of a phase by a method wherein the amount of phase of an objective phase is shifted in accordance with the data of the amount of error between the objective phase and a motor rotation phase while the data of a means is set in a reference phase shifting means in accordance with the output of a stationary speed detecting means. CONSTITUTION:When a stationary speed detection circuit 11 detects a speed within the range of a stationary speed, a memory circuit 12 is operated. The memory circuit 12 measures and stores a phase difference (time difference) between a motor rotating speed signal based on a first reference phase signal A and outputs the initial phase difference F of the same into a reference phase shifting circuit 13. The reference phase shifting circuit 13 delays the phase of the first reference phase signal A by an amount corresponding to the initial phase difference F and produces a second reference phase signal G newly. |
