<p>PURPOSE:To perform level calibration in a short time by simultaneously supplying plural rectangular wave signals different in frequency to a digitizer and performing calibration at every frequency component of an output wave signal. CONSTITUTION:Rectangular wave signals having frequencies f1 and f2 generated by a timing generating circuit 24 are inputted to analog switches 22 and 23 through drivers 27 and 28, and the output from a voltage generator 21 is switched to synthesize them in an adder 29, and the output of the adder 29 is inputted to a digitizer 13. Each frequency component of the digitizer 13 and the input logical frequency component are compared with each other to simultaneously perform the calibration of plural frequency components of the digitizer 13.</p> |
