PURPOSE:To suppress noise during the movement of a slider and to stably operate a slide table by providing a member, having recesses on a side of a baseplate of a hard material, facing to a transmission rod, on a contact surface of a slider. CONSTITUTION:A contact surface of a slider 3 in contact & with a transmission rod 2 is provided with a member having recesses of soft material on a side of a base-plate 3a of hard material facing to the transmission rod 2, and, therefore, there is a greater contact area between the slider 3 and the transmission rod 2, and a driving force for the slider is strong. Also, by the recesses in the contact surface of the slider 3, even if the member is bitten in a trough of a progressive wave, a certain gap is maintained and the slider 3 can be stably operated. By using the recessed and projected member of the slider 3 of soft material, a noise is prevented from being generated due to the contact between the slider 3 and the transmission rod 2. |
