PURPOSE:To perform the opening and closing of an upper head and a lower head and the clamping of both heads to a fixed head only by a single mechanism and to simplify a structure and operation by operating the upper and lower heads arranged above and below the fixing head by a fastening means consisting of the crank member and two connection levers pivotally supported by the fixing head. CONSTITUTION:A clamping means 5 has the crank member 21 pivotally supported by a fixing head 2 and two connection levers 22, 23 respectively connecting upper and lower heads 23, 4 to the fixing head in the vicinity of the dead point of the crank member in such a state that the upper and lower heads are in close contact with the fixing head and, therefore, the upper and lower heads can be pressed to the fixing head by the large tensile or compression force generated in the vicinity of a fulcrum to be brought into close contact therewith. Therefore, the upper and lower heads are fastened in the fixing head in continuation to the opening and closing operation thereof and pressed to the fixing head by the fastening force generated in the vicinity of the dead point and, as a result, even when rubber is injected from a nozzle passage, the close contact state of the upper and lower heads and the fixing head is held and rubber can be certainly and accurately injected. |
