PURPOSE: To provide substantially uniform illuminance by providing a concave type surface in a reflector as a whole, constructing a part of the recess type surface of a series facets, and providing a convex reflection face area in each of the facets. CONSTITUTION: A reflector 12 is provided with a concave face as a whole, and a part of it is provided with a series of facets 24. Each of the facets 24 is provided with a reflection face area 26 reflecting light to a light radiation element 15, a lens or another object. The reflection face area 26 is formed into a convex, and a concave type area of the reflector 12 is provided with a series of convex reflection faces. An incident angle of light in the reflector 12 is varied according to the distance from the light radiation element 15, so that the reflection face area 26 of the each facet 24 is larger than that of the adjacent one closest to the light radiation element 15. In this way, the respective reflection face areas 26 catch equal quantity of light so as to reflect it to a planar lens 14, so that more uniform illumination of the planar lens 14 can be accomplished by means of the concave face reflector 12. |
