PURPOSE:To eliminate calking, to reduce its cost, to increase the degree of freedom of arranging, and to effectively use a space by elastically holding a base cell using solid polarizable electrode held between two electrode plates having outgoing terminals by use of opposed flat plates of a synthetic resin case. CONSTITUTION:A case 4 is made of synthetic resin, with two opposite rectangular flat plates 4-3 and sides 4-4 in a U-shaped section, and protrusions 4-2 provided inside. Polarizable electrodes are formed of electrode plates 1, 2, a base cell 3 using solid polarizable electrodes 15 is held therebetween, and inserted between the two flat plates 4-3, outgoing terminals 1A, 2A of the plates 1, 2 are externally extended through the terminal drawing holes 4-1 of the sides 4-4 as a capacitor unit U. The plates 1, 2 are simultaneously pressed to the cell 3 and a current collector 11 is also pressed to solid polarizable electrode 15 by elastic force between the plates 4-3, and a contact resistance therebetween is reduced. Since a calked part is formed in a simple shape, if a plurality of them are connected, they can be arranged simply to reduce their space. |
