This vibro-finisher includes a framework (14) mounted on wheels (15), which is movable with respect to the ground, which is displaced longitudinally over shuttering (12) for the product, which supports a vibrating finishing roller (23), mounted rotatably and transversely to its movement of advance, the said vibrating finishing roller (23) being, in turn, mounted on a carriage (19) which is connected to the said framework (14) in an articulated manner at the level of one of its ends and which is equipped with wheels (21) which are displaced with respect to the longitudinal upper lateral edges (22) of the said shuttering (12), the vibrating finisher roller (23) having a lateral surface of composed form, consisting of the combination of three solids which are associated with one another, according to base surfaces, cut into "sausage slices", so as to determine an off-centre position of the said roller (23) with respect to its support shaft (24), the wheels (15) of the framework (14) and the wheels (21) of the carriage (19) being connected in an active manner to a central motor (18). <IMAGE>
