PURPOSE:To lessen a cross talk occurring between signal lines which are connected to the same sense amplifier and between pairs of signal lines concurrently by a method wherein a first pair of signal lines, which are separated from each other so as not to induce a cross talk between them and arranged to intersect each other at their intermediate points, is provided, and a second pair of signal lines, where one of them, at least, is provided between the first pair of signal lines and adjacent to one of them, is provided. CONSTITUTION:A signal line B#1 is affected with the cross talk from a signal line B2 through the intermediary of parasitic capacitors C1 and C10 and furthermore with the cross talk from a signal line B#2 through the intermediary of parasitic capacitors C4 and C7. But, as the signals of the signal lines B2 and B#2 are opposite to each other in phase, the cross talk signals from them cancel each other. On the other hand, the signal line B2 is affected with a cross talk from the signal line B#1 through the intermediary of the parasitic capacitors C1 and C10, and the signal line B#2 is also affected with a cross talk from the signal line B#1 through the intermediary of the parasitic capacitors C4 and C7, so that these cross talk signals reverse to each other in phase cancel each other, in result these signal lines can be made free from the effect of cross talk. |
