<p>The agricultural implement has several frame sections of which the outer frames can be swung up from the horizontal to a vertical position for transporting by road. Each frame supports a rotating circular disc (10) with spring tines (9) attached to them. The pivot mechanism is connected to both sides of the outer frame sections (6,7).
