PURPOSE: To provide the drive section of an energy storing unit in which high initial speed and initial torque necessary for on-load tap changing operation can be utilized by providing an energized spring guide section comprising a ring track extending concentrically to a shaft. CONSTITUTION: When the lever 7 of an energy storing unit is turned, springs 12, 13 secured respectively between the linking points 10, 11 of respective levers 7, 8 in the energy storing unit are energized. In this regard, both springs are guided by means of a spring lever 14 meshing with the center of the springs 12, 13 at the linking points 15, 16 thereof, and when the lever 7 of the energy storing unit is turned by about 90 deg., the spring lever is turned by about 45 deg. in the same direction. Under urged state, a break lever 21 is removed from a break cam 19 through the action of a working cam 6 on a drive segment 4. Consequently, kinetic energy is released abruptly and a reverse drive disc 17 having a reverse drive segment 18 is turned abruptly in the clockwise direction. |
