摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the influence of noise and to exactly restore a source picture by executing weighting to gradually increase the edge part picture information of a picture from 0 to 1 from an edge part to a picture center direction and executing algebraic arithmetic in picture information converted to electric signals with blurring. CONSTITUTION:At the edge part of the picture, weighting is executed to gradually increase the picture information from 0 to 1 from the edge part to the picture center direction, where the influence of noise is extinguished, and the influence of noise is reduced. Namely, when weighting is executed while multiplying a weighting coefficient (c) to each column of a matrix G, a picture signal including the noise is attenuated much more in the picture edge part direction and the value is made small. Concretely, an inverse matrix is calculated in advance from already known matrixes Hx and Hy and the component data are stored in the memory of an arithmetic processing part. Then, the above mentioned picture edge part processing is executed to the obtained component of G and an arithmetic processing is executed. Thus, the source picture without out-of-focus or blurring can be securely restored at high speed from a two-dimensional picture obtained with the out-of-focus or blurring.
