PURPOSE:To permit dispensing the sample in the final part of flow automatically by a specified quantity by detecting the flow of the sample soln. with a liquid detector, and changing over flow passage at the point of the time when the passing of the same through the detector is over. CONSTITUTION:A change-over controller 22 is commanded to operate an air pump 10, which introduces the sample soln. 2 in a vessel 1 through a pipe 3, a f low passage 5, a dispensing loop 6 and a flow passage 7 into a trap bottle 9. When the final part of the sample 2 is detected with a liquid detector 21, the controller 22 changes over a flow passage change-over device 4 to connect (f) and (a), (b) and (c), (d) and (e), and operates a pump 13. The final part of the sample 2 is filled in the loop 6, and the eluate selected by a selector valve 14 from vessels 15a, 15b, 15c is forcibly fed into the loop 6, and is fed together with the sample 2 via an ion exchange resin column 17 into a vessel 18. Hence, the separating and drawing of the intended components, the removal of undesired components and the washing of the column 17 are accomplished by exchanging the vessel 18 properly. |
