PURPOSE:To make speedy correspondence even when it is necessary to execute software correction caused by a specification change or bug by adding a function, which stores an additional program, to a storage part and building an additional processing part in a one-chip microcomputer to execute the additional program read from the above-mentioned storage part at a certain cycle. CONSTITUTION:In the case of executing the software correction caused by the specification change or bug after ordering one-chip microcomputer built in a mask ROM, the additional program is stored in an EEPROM 20. Thus, the additional program is executed by an additional processing part 36 of a control part 3 and the software correction caused by the specification change or bug can be executed.
