<p>A method of inhibiting angiogenesis and preparations for use therein are disclosed. The preparations comprise fragments of human thrombospondin capable of inhibiting vascularization. The method and preparations are especially applicable to the treatment of solid tumors including skin cancers for controlling tumor neovascularization and thereby arresting tumor enlargement.</p> |
