PRODUCTION OF RAT LIVER CYTOCHROME P-450C

摘要

PURPOSE:To develop the title substance having high hydroxylating activity and wide substrate specificity range in Escherichia coli and to apply the substance to oxidation reaction process at a high industrial level by culturing Escherichia coli transformed with plasmid pMG1. CONSTITUTION:Escherichia coli transformed with plasmid pMG1 is cultured to give the objective substance. Plasmid pMG1 is preferably constituted by linking a structural gene of cytochrome P-450c isolated from recombinant plasmid pAU157 having whole coding range of rat liver cytochrome P-450c to tac promoter, a major promoter of Escherichia coli.
