QUESTIONAIRE COLLECTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To attain a questionaire survey at a low cost and with high efficiency by inserting an IC memory card into an access terminal equipment so as to automatically show the contents of questionaires to the individuals accordant with the subject conditions adaptive to the answers of the questionaires. CONSTITUTION:The access terminal equipments C are connected to a control host computer A via a questionaire network B or with no intervention of the network B. Then an IC memory card D and an individual answer input terminal equipment E can be loaded to and unloaded from the equipment C. The questionaire contents are transferred to the card D only when the individual data is coincident with the answer adaptive subject conditions of the questionaires when the card D is inserted into the equipment C. Then the answers are transferred to the computer A via the equipment C against the questionaire contents inputted to the card D via the equipment E. By such a constitution, the questionairing is quickly and simply carried out economically.
