<p>PURPOSE:To enable other operators to simply refer to the contents of the information having the access right by applying an instruction to form a group including its own terminal equipment with others. CONSTITUTION:An input data checking part 11 checks the propriety of the data inputted from the terminal equipments 6 - 8, and a terminal grouping checking part 12 sets and cancels the grouping of terminals in response to the grouping set/cancel requests. Further, the checking part checks the grouping states of terminal equipments 6 - 8 and specifys the terminal equipment to permit or execute the display, and an attention message receiving part 13 receives the attention messages from the equipments 6 - 8. A display data editing part 14 edits the display data when another operator displays the attention message having the access right. Then a display control part 15 performs the output control. Thus the load of an operator is reduced and the security is assured for the personal information. Then it is possible to accurately and instantaneously acquire the information and transmit the messages.</p> |
