PURPOSE:To simultaneously measure a plurality of components by one enzyme electrode by providing an enzyme-containing layer having an enzyme system responding to two or more kinds of substances to be measured fixed thereto on a conductive substrate and forming a crosslinked albumin film thereon. CONSTITUTION:This electrode is formed by providing an enzyme-containing layer having an enzyme system selected so as to respond to at least two kinds of substances to be measured fixed thereto on a conductive substrate and further forming a crosslinked albumin film thereon. This film has the function of a diffusion control film and, when a plurality of components diffuse in the film, times required before respective components reach the enzyme-containing layer are different. Therefore, a time lag is generated in the output waveforms of a plurality of components by the use of this electrode and the output waveforms can be separated at every components and the respective components can be measured. |
