<p>PURPOSE:To automatically perform hand-off without requiring a controller by mounting a PAR (precision approach radar) control target extraction apparatus, a position data coordinates conversion apparatus and a PAR control and target discrimination processing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The transfer from the control due to the first radar control apparatus controlling an airport monitor radar and a secondary monitor radar to the control due to the second radar control apparatus controlling a PAR is performed. At first, in a PAR control target extraction apparatus 1a, the detection of the airplane approaching a PAR control area and operation selecting whether the airplane is a landing scheduled one are performed from the target data obtained from the first radar control apparatus. A position data coordinates conversion apparatus 1b forms the second PAR control target data wherein the first PAR control target data is converted to PAR coordinates. A PAR control target discriminator processing apparatus 1c checks the correlation of the PAR target data obtained from the second control apparatus with the second PAR control target data to output a control right relay completion data and discrimination data. When this control right relay completion data is utilized to display that effect, control right relay can be informed.</p> |
