An aqueous solution containing ginkgo-leaf extract with high concentration having good preservability is provided. The aqueous solution containing ginkgo-leaf extract comprises at least 1 weight % of a hydrous organic solvent extract obtained from ginkgo-leaf, and further disaccharide alcohols and/or trisaccharide alcohols, and/or organic compounds having a basic nitrogen atom in the molecule and a solubility to water at normal temperature of at least 10 g/100 ml.
