A toggle-type fastener for the releasable connection of two constructional parts is proposed. This toggle-type fastener is anchored to a first constructional part 10 and is hooked into a second constructional part 11. For anchoring in the first constructional part, there is a bearing element 18 which is pushed under spring prestress into tabs 17 of the first constructional part. This bearing element has a resilient region which generates the clamping forces for the connection of the two constructional parts 10, 11. …The fastener shackle 20 which hooks into the second constructional part is connected to the bearing element 18 via an intermediate joint 19 and is preferably a plastic injection moulding. ……
