The method is to reserve the inner line of the private branch exchange of the group. When the receiver is in communication. The method includes steps: (A) saving the receiver's phoen number ona buffer when the busy tone is transmitted from the receiver and sending the busy tone to the transmitter; (B) sending the dialtone to the transmitter and checking the digit from the transmitter when the hook flash signal from the transmitter is received; (C) storing the dial digits and checking that the digits means the special service request; (D) sending the busy tone to the transmitter when the digits are not special request; (E) storing the receivers phone number on a registration buffer when the special service is the auto reserving service and sending the confirm tone to the transmitter; (F) checking the reserved phone is free and (G) sending ring signal to the reserved receiver.
