New read-data circuit for VTR or TV is able to control data read such that it processes three specific imagesly (lumimance)-A, C(color)-Art and Painting) at the same time. The ASIC image processor transduces the data for specific image data read in parallel to serial analog signal, while reducing the number of pins in its chip configuration. The system is mainly consisted fi Y- art C-art controller (251), read timing signal generator (259), two color latch circuits (252-253), color painting-color data generator (258), color painting-color latch (257), the second multiplexer (255) and the first multplexer (256).
