PURPOSE:To perform the totalization at every normal paper and spoilage and the totalization control of resources to enable the enhancement of the rate of operation, by subjecting the signals of the rotary number sensor of a printing press and a normal paper and spoilage descrimination sensor to totalization treatment in a control part to display and store the same. CONSTITUTION:When work lots such as a work product name, a lot amount and a preparatory rate are inputted by a keyboard 14 or a card leader writer 12 and the operation of a printing press is started, CPU 10 is brought to a production treatment mode and signals such as a printing press rotating synchronous pulse, a plate cylinder attaching and detaching signal, a water attaching and detaching signal and an ink detaching signal from a sensor group 22 are inputted to display the number of printing leaves of normal papers and spoilages or the number of objective productions by CRT while adjusting a rotary number. In the next step, CPU 10 is brought to a paper using mode by the stopping of the printing press and the signal of an Autopaster and the paper use situation and a machine stopping situation at every each roll paper are displayed by the signal of a calender clock generator 28. When work is finished, CPU 10 is transferred to a totalization mode and the totalization of a producing situation or a paper use situation at every a work lot and a worker is performed while the resource related amounts to be used of water, gas or electricity are totalized. |
