PURPOSE:To eliminate reliably removing work of flashes, by a method wherein a groove-shaped part formed on a skin material is set up to a mold so that the same is fitted into a gas vent groove, a foam molding material is cast into a cavity of the mold and generating gas is discharged through the groove- shaped part. CONSTITUTION:A groove-shaped part 11 formed on an end part 10 of a skin material 9 is set up to a bottom force 2 so that the same is fitted into a gas vent groove 8 of the bottom force 2. Then a foam molding material is cast into a cavity 1, mold clamping is performed by closing a top force 5 and gas generated at the time of this foaming is discharged outside of a mold through the groove-shaped part 11 of the skin material 9. At the time of this molding, a part of the foam molding material cast into the cavity 1 of the bottom force 2 is streamed into the gas vent groove 8 of the bottom force 2, stuck to the groove-shaped part 11 of the skin material 9 fitting into the gas vent groove 8 and becomes flashes 12. The flashes 12 are removed along with a foam molded product of the bottom force 2 simultaneously with demolding and separated from the molded product. |
