The wrist-worn digital unit is used to record the start and finish times of a worker. The unit is produced in a size (1) that is small enough to be strapped (2) to the wrist. Data is recorded on a magnetic strip or card (5). One display (6) shows the actual time and another (7) displays the code information. One set of input keys (8) allows user code to be entered and a separate set (9-15) relate to different programme requirements.
