PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of warpage at the time of sintering by newly applying a ceramic slurry to the contact surface with a carrier film of the first ceramic green sheet layer and drying the same to integrally form the second ceramic green sheet layer. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic slurry 3 is applied to a carrier film 1 by a doctor blade 2 and the coating film 1 is dried by a dryer 4 to form the first ceramic green sheet layer 5. A ceramic slurry 8 is newly applied to the under surface 5a in contact with the carrier film 1 of the first ceramic green sheet layer 5 by a doctor blade 7 and dried by the dryer 4 to integrally form the second ceramic green sheet layer 9 to obtain a ceramic green sheet 10. When the ceramic green sheet 10 is baked, mutual warpage directions are set off and warpage can be eliminated as a whole. |
