<p>PURPOSE:To constantly cut a sheet material linearly without permitting the sheet material to meander even if the sheet material is short in a widthwise direction by providing means for pressing the sheet material in the vicinity of a contact position (cut position) of a first circular blade and a second circular blade. CONSTITUTION:A first circular blade 2 and a second circular blade 3 are brought into contact with each other by a contacting and separating means (solenoid) 7. A sheet material 12 is pressed by pressing means 15,16 in the vicinity of this contact position. Thus even if the sheet material 12 is short in a widthwise direction, it can be securely cut linearly without permitting the sheet material 12 to meander.</p> |
