PURPOSE:To surely clean tank water and to smoothly feed water to a coffee extractor by providing a water cleaner so as to face the outlet of a reflux flow passage from which hot water emerges and to position above a feed water tank. CONSTITUTION:The water cleaner 12 positioned to face the outlet of the reflux flow passage 10 is provided in a cap 13 of the feed water tank 2. During the temperature of the water in the tank 2 rises up to the prescribed value, the water emitted from a feed water path 7 is heated on the way by a heating means 4 and arrives at a selector valve 9, from which the water recirculates from the reflux flow passage 10 to the feed water tank 2. The reflux flow passage 10 is closed and this time the hot water is fed to the coffee extractor when the water in the tank water is heated up to a prescribed temp. by the circulation operation. The water cleaner 12 removes bleaching powder, trihalomethane, etc., from the tank water during the circulation. Since the filter media, such as active carbon, in the water cleaner 12 exist on the outlet side of the reflux flow passage 10 to which the hot water is supplied, the cleaning efficiency of the water cleaner 12 is good and the water passability is not hindered. |
