<p>PURPOSE:To always guide and provide the latest information to the users by holding the time-based information as an information data base, analyzing the input request conditions of users, and reading the adaptable conditions out of the data base to output the conditions in the suitable Japanese sentences. CONSTITUTION:If the input voice information can be outputted in voices, the sentence information of a sentence form is converted into the voices via a sentence/voice conversion part 10 for production of the information. This information is outputted to a user terminal equipment 1. If the result of detection is not identical with the information of a sentence form and the output of voices is possible, the result of the detection is outputted to the equipment 1 via a Japanese sentence generating part 9. If the output of voices is possible, a sentence showing the contents of the output information is produced via the parts 9 and 10 and outputted to the equipment 1. Then the result which is retrieved out of a real time information data base DB 6 as the data accordant with the user request is stored in a retrieved data store part 8 and then outputted to the equipment 1 in a table form with an output request. The data if obtained in a sentence form is outputted as it is and then converted into the voices if desired via the part 10.</p> |
