PURPOSE:To retrieve the data on patients at a high speed by collecting and storing the data on the same patient into a data base for each prescribed range of the date of birth and for each sex of patients, i.e., the invariable elements. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed range of the names and dates of birth and the sexes of patients, i.e., the invariable elements are displayed on a screen as the patient information by reference to a patient information control file 2-1. Then only one patient is selected out of plural pieces of patient information displayed and informed to an optical disk control file 2-1 or 2-2. Then an entry including the patient ID is detected and an optical disk 0 or 2 is selected. The report data on a report control file is outputted and the report is displayed. At the same time, the image data on an image control file 1-2 is outputted and the image is displayed. Thus the data on the same patient are collected and stored in a data base for each prescribed range of the date of birth and each sex of the patient, i.e., the invariable elements. In such a constitution, the data on patients can be obtained at a high speed. |
