PURPOSE: To prepare disinfectant fluid containing gaseous hydrogen peroxide by heating and holding an air flow prearranged for evaporation at a fixed or a substantially fixed high evaporation temperature. CONSTITUTION: A control valve 20 for a conduit 12 is closed, while disinfecting a disinfection chamber 28. On the other hand, a valve 19 and a control valve 26 are opened. A filtered air entering/going out through a conduit 8 is heated to approximately 90 deg.C in a preheater, fed to a heat exchanger element 11 via a conduit 13, and brought into contact with a heat exchange face heated to approximately 400 deg.C for being heated to 360 deg.C level. The heated air is drawn out from the heat exchanger element 11 through an outlet 10 and guided to an evaporation chamber 17 via a conduit 14, and mutually mixed with liquid hydrogen peroxide which is fed in a finely divided state through the conduit 18 so as to be evaporated, and at the same time the completed disinfectant fluid containing gaseous hydrogen peroxide is prepared into such a substance having desired equal or simply slightly fluctuating temperature and having superior and equal disinfectant characteristics. |
