PURPOSE:To freely control the migration direction of a sample locally by providing electrodes to a plate gel in a matrix state. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 12 provided in a matrix state area in contact with a plate gel 11 and selected by switching to apply voltage to the selected ones and the sample of the plate gel 11 is electrically migrated in a desired direction. The respective points of the lines 1 - 6 of the electrodes 12 and rows (a) - (f) thereof are selectively combined by switching to apply voltage to the combined ones and the migration direction of the sample is freely selected and altered in up-and-down, left-and-right and oblique directions and the sample can be separated in locally different directions. |
