PURPOSE:To preserve a polyacrylamide plate as a transparent flat plate by a method wherein a gel like plate is immersed in an org. solvent solution to remove moisture and subsequently dried and solidified before softened under heating to be molded on a metal plate. CONSTITUTION:When a gel like flat plate 1 is immersed in an org. solvent or a solution mixture of said solvent and water while holding a flat plate shape, the gel like flat plate discharges moisture to become a hard transparent plate in a gel like state. Next, this transparent plate is held between flexible saran nets to be placed on a ventilation support table 5 and dried and solidified by air of room temp. flowing in parallel to the surface of the plate or in a natural state. In order to correct the slight distortion generated at this time, the flat plate 1 is received in a soft binder 9 and immersed in hot water to be softened and subsequently held between metal plates 13, 14 to be cooled and cured. |
