<p>PURPOSE:To improve display quality by forming a wiring part which shorts external connecting terminals disposed in an external connection of the external connecting terminals and an external driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:The wiring part 7 which short between the external connecting terminals 1 and 6 is formed in the stage of forming the external connecting terminals 1, 6. This wiring part 7 is formed in the stage of forming the external connecting terminal part 6 and, therefore, the number of stages does not increase. Since the wiring part 7 to short between the external connecting terminals is also formed in the stage for forming the external connecting terminal part 6 in such a manner, the uniform electrical connecting state is attained for the total number of the external connecting terminal parts 6.
