<p>PURPOSE: To attain clean cutting when a cutter is operated by supporting a knife carrier rotatingly about a second axis parallel to a first axis, and guiding the knife supported by the carrier along a cutting blade. CONSTITUTION: A knife carrier 1 is fitted to a casing 16 rotatably about a vertical second axis 6. A cutting blade 3 having a central notch 5 is rotatably supported on the lower face or in the lower range of the casing 16, and the cutting blade 3 can be rotated about a vertical first axis 4. Both axes 4, 6 are parallel to each other, and they are arranged at the prescribed interval. When the knife carrier 1 is rotated, a knife 2 passes through the lower face of the cutting blade 3, and a wire passing through the notch 5 is cut.</p> |
