External air is drawn into the roof of a vehicle cabin esp. on an agricultural tractor and is drawn by a blower down one or more generally vertical conduits (24) in the vicinity of the rear uprights, to be discharged into the cabin from outlets (32) at various levels. At the end of each descending conduit is a compartment (26) holding a large-surface air filter (40), also generally vertical. Each filter is behind an external cover (44) readily detachable and permitting easy access and replacement of the filter. An air conditioner (22) may be incorporated in the ventilation line. |
