PURPOSE:To enhance the grip performance of the tread by obtaining an action that envelops sand and snow with the recessed part of a tread at the time of travelling by molding the tread in the shape wherein the shoulder part is recessed compared with the center part. CONSTITUTION:In a radial tire, after a carcass 10 in two-layer structure is lead to the bead parts 8 from the tread part 2 passing through shoulder parts 4 and side parts 6, bead cores 12 and bead fillers 14 are enveloped from the inside to the outside. In a structure stated above, the tread part 2 is molded in a shape wherein the center part 36 is recessed compared with its shoulder parts 44. And, a negative crown radius is secured even in the state wherein rim setting of the tire is performed and specified internal pressure is applied. With these means, at the time of travelling sandy places, for example, sand is gathered up to the center part 36 by the tread part 2, and enveloped with ribs 46 provided to the shoulder parts 44. Therefore, the trip performance of the tread part 2 can be enhanced. |
